10. Land Claiming and Property Guidelines

Claim your land: Land can be claimed using a Wards Only claimed land is protected from modifications by others.
 

Unclaimed land: If land is unclaimed, it is considered public and can be used or modified by anyone. Please respect other players’ spaces and avoid excessive use of unclaimed land.

Respect builds: Do not grieve, steal, or destroy property on claimed land. Unclaimed land is open to modifications, but courtesy and respect go a long way.
 

11. No PvP (Player vs. Player) Allowed

This is a PvE (Player vs. Environment) server, meaning PvP is not allowed. Please work together, share resources, and help fellow players succeed.
